Official, Barça Sells Ansu Fati and Pablo Torre: Both Already Have New Teams

Both footballers are at the top of the exit ramp for summer

Although the season is now entering its most important part,  Deco is already working intensively on Barça's planning for the next campaign. The sporting director is clear that the team needs to strengthen several key positions to compete at the highest level both in the League and in Europe.

The priorities are already defined:  Barça seeks to strengthen the forward line and the full-backs. Despite having a block that is succeeding this season, the club believes it needs depth in those areas to make a quality leap and improve performance.

The Main Names Managed by the Sporting Directorate

For the forward line, the most mentioned names are Luis Díaz and Nico Williams as wingers, in addition to Alexander Isak as a possible reinforcement for the '9' position.

Regarding the full-backs, the club is closely following Andrei Ratiu, Marc Pubill, and Alejandro Grimaldo. Barça needs to strengthen both flanks, as Jules Koundé and Alejandro Balde do not have replacements of their level, and competition in the full-back positions is essential to improve their performance.

The Sales Planned by Barça

However, to make these signings,  Barça also needs to free up salary mass to remain subject to the 1:1 Fair Play rule. The club's delicate economic situation forces it to seek solutions in the form of sales to balance the accounts and comply.

Deco's goal is to part with those players who are not in Hansi Flick's plans. With the departure of several players from the squad, the club wants to make room in the squad and reduce salary costs, which will facilitate the arrival of new reinforcements.

Ansu Fati and Pablo Torre Have New Suitors

According to 'E-Noticies',  the first two players to leave Barça this summer will be Ansu Fati and Pablo Torre. Both have had few opportunities this season, and the club is already studying the best options for their future.

Ansu Fati, who has not managed to recover his best version after several injuries, has interest from Celta de Vigo, while Pablo Torre could end up at Mallorca. In both cases, Barça would seek transfers, especially for Ansu Fati due to his high salary. The summer promises to be busy at Barça.
