Barça faces the transfer market intending to only make minor adjustments to a squad that has already shown itself to be at the highest level. After a dream season, in which the team has won the Copa, the Supercopa, and especially La Liga, the sporting management believes that there is no need for major overhauls. The core works, and the priority is to keep stability.
With a mix of youth and experience, and several players in full maturity, the club believes that the way to keep competing is to reinforce only where necessary. The goal is to keep the continuity of the winning project Hansi Flick has built and to intelligently strengthen the key positions.

Joan García, the first confirmed move
The first reinforcement will be in the goal, and it is already practically finalized. Joan García, current Espanyol goalkeeper, will be Barça's first signing of the summer. The club has decided to pay the €25 million ($25 million) release clause, and the player will arrive to compete for the starting spot from day one.
At Barça, they consider it a strategic move, as it means strengthening the goal with a young profile, with experience in the First Division and room for growth.
A left winger as the next target
Once the goalkeeper chapter is closed, the next step will be to strengthen the left wing. Flick wants more imbalance on that side, and Deco has already narrowed the list of candidates to two big names: Luis Díaz and Marcus Rashford.

Luis Díaz is the one with the advantage, although the cost of the operation will be high. Meanwhile, Rashford is not going through his best sporting moment, but he remains a player with enormous potential. Barça will assess the financial and sporting conditions before deciding, but it is clear that bringing in a winger is one of the priorities.
Two possible signings
After these two additions, Barça doesn't rule out making two more signings if the salary cap allows it. One would be at left back, a position that needs alternatives to compete with Alejandro Balde. In this case, it will only be activated if the club manages to make a sale or finds an accessible option in the market.

The other possible reinforcement would be in the center of defense. Everything depends on what happens with Ronald Araújo, who continues to attract interest from several of Europe's top clubs. If he finally decides to leave, Deco would have a reliable signing planned to replace him.
