Barça gets back at Real Madrid thanks to Arda Güler: signing confirmed, he's leaving

There is a great footballer who may have offered himself to Barça

Luis Díaz remains Barça's number one target to strengthen the left wing. The Liverpool Colombian is the profile most favored by the sporting management  and also has Hansi Flick's approval.

The main obstacle, however, is still his price. Liverpool isn't willing to let him go for less than €80 million, a figure (about $86.8 million) that's currently beyond the budget. Even so, Barça isn't losing track of him and keeps a close eye on any possible movement or opening for negotiation.

Rashford, the most realistic alternative

Meanwhile, Marcus Rashford remains a very real alternative in case the Luis Díaz deal doesn't go through. The Manchester United forward has a more affordable market value and, in addition, has shown great interest in wearing Barça's jersey. Rashford is willing to wait as long as necessary to make his move to Camp Nou easier.

The English striker has already offered himself through his entourage and has reiterated his desire to leave Old Trafford in search of a new challenge. For Barça, his signing would be more viable in economic terms, and although his performance has dropped slightly in recent seasons, he is still a top-level player.

Rafael Leao also wants to come

In this regard, a new option has gained momentum in recent hours. According to El Nacional, Rafael Leao has reportedly informed Barça of his desire to join the club. The Portuguese is willing to wait as long as necessary, aware that his arrival won't be easy.

Leao, currently one of AC Milan's biggest stars, has a very attractive profile: powerful, technical, and a goal scorer. In addition, at 25 years old, he is in full footballing maturity and still has room to grow.

Leao's price, an almost insurmountable barrier

The main problem for Leao to wear the blaugrana jersey is still his price. Milan has no intention of selling its franchise player and is asking for a very high price, around €100 million (about $108.5 million). In Barça's offices, this figure is currently considered unfeasible, given the club's financial limitations.

Although they greatly value his quality and the fact that he wants to come, the economic reality forces them to be cautious. For now, Leao remains on the wish list, but as a very complicated option. Meanwhile, Barça will keep focusing on more accessible alternatives like Rashford, without losing sight of Luis Díaz if an unexpected opportunity arises.
