Barça has already entered the second part of the season and there are certain players whose future at the Catalan club is starting to be compromised. The sports management led by Deco already had firm names that could leave Barça in view of the winter transfer market. However, for different reasons, no departure was finalized so the squad hasn't undergone significant changes.
Even so, this doesn't mean that the players who were already on the way out this January can't have the chance to leave again. In fact, it can't be ruled out that there might be a move in the last hours of the market considering that Barça needs to have a salary margin that allows them to sign without problems. In that sense, there is one player in particular who is starting to have his days numbered with Barça's jersey and an option has emerged for him to leave this very month.
No prominence at Barça
Everything seems to indicate that Ansu Fati's future is increasingly far from FC Barcelona, where he has lost all kinds of prominence. The young academy player who once excited the entire culé fanbase hasn't regained his best version and has been relegated in the culé squad. In fact, Hansi Flick has already shown that he has no place in the team with Ansu's exclusion from high-level and significant matches, such as the Spanish Super Cup.
It should be noted that from the sports management, Ansu Fati's name was considered a firm alternative to make money this very January. With the possibility of signing Marcus Rashford on the horizon, the club did everything possible to place the young culé striker in another club, although without success. However, a new opportunity has arisen and Ansu could share a team with a former Madrid player who could help him recover that version that once dazzled everyone.
Preparing his arrival
According to the latest information circulating around FC Barcelona, Ansu Fati's destination could be in Türkiye, under the orders of José Mourinho. The current Fenerbahçe coach with a past at Real Madrid has given his approval to a potential operation that would be carried out on loan until June. It would be a solution that satisfies all parties involved and, in addition, would allow Barça to attempt the signing of Rashford.
The Turkish team would have decided to dispense with Allan Saint-Maximin considering that his performance hasn't convinced the club's management. 'El Nacional' assures that Fenerbahçe has already started the procedures to break his loan with Al-Ahli of Arabia and thus free up a spot for Ansu Fati's arrival. Mourinho's interest in the young Spanish striker is firm and he plans to start negotiations with Barça once he solves Allan Saint-Maximin's situation.
