However, the operation won't be easy. According to the same source, Rayo Vallecano is not willing to negotiate below Ratiu's release clause, which amounts to 25 million euros. Despite Barça's initial offer, the Madrid team will make it clear that they will only let their player go if the Catalan club pays the full clause.
