'I can't take it anymore, I want to leave Barça': Lamine Yamal comes to his friend's rescue

The player has already informed his coach that he will not continue next season as a Barça footballer

The immediate future of one of the most promising players at FC Barcelona is hanging in the air. Hansi Flick, who arrived a year ago on the blaugrana bench, has been clear and direct in his first conversation with the youth academy player. The German coach doesn't want to deceive anyone and has sent a blunt message: "If you stay, you're not going to play."

The warning has hit the squad like a bucket of cold water. The footballer in question was considered untouchable at Barça during the last stage, earning Xavi Hernández's trust and standing out in top-level matches. However, Flick has a different roadmap, with a tighter rotation and well-defined hierarchies.

The situation worries the player, who understands that a year on the bench could cost him his big opportunity. The World Cup is on the horizon and he needs minutes to convince the national team coaches. The midfielder isn't willing to stay in the shadows when he feels he's ready to take a leap in his career.

The desire to get minutes before the World Cup

FC Barcelona's great youth academy is one of the club's greatest treasures, however, many young players are forced to look for a way out to avoid stagnation. That is the case of Marc Casadó, captain of the reserve team and a player with character. The midfielder wants to be a protagonist and not just a secondary option.

His inner circle is clear about it: "Marc needs to play, the World Cup is a unique opportunity and he can't arrive without match fitness." The player himself has been firm with the sporting management and has asked for a loan to be considered. The idea would be to join a top-level club that guarantees him continuity.

Barça doesn't want to part with him permanently.  Flick and Deco agree that he's a footballer with blaugrana DNA, with potential and room for improvement. But the coach repeats over and over that he can't promise him minutes in a midfield with so much competition.

Casadó finalizes his departure from FC Barcelona

The deal could be finalized in the coming days. The club is already handling offers from LaLiga teams interested in adding Marc Casadó to their ranks.  The player is open to an adventure that would allow him to show his level at the elite.

Meanwhile, Barça is considering including a buy-back clause or even keeping full control over his future. It would be a strategic, not definitive, departure. The message is clear: Flick doesn't want him now, but the club trusts that sooner or later he'll be important in the first team.

With the World Cup as his goal and the cards on the table,  Marc Casadó is living decisive hours. His departure is a matter of time.  The young midfielder wants minutes and knows that his path at Barça, at least with Flick, is blocked.
