Huge Mess at Real Madrid, Ancelotti Desperate: His 2 Stars Can't Stand Each Other

Two Major Stars of Real Madrid Don't Fully Understand Each Other and Are Already Highlighting the Difficulties Between Them

At Real Madrid, alarms have been raised again after losing the leadership of La Liga, but with much deeper problems. The latest setbacks in the Spanish championship have shown problems in the white team that go beyond tactical issues. The white team has stagnated again this season, and from Real Madrid's environment, they are already looking for those responsible.

In that sense, from Madrid, they point out that the focus is now on the relationship between Vinícius and Kylian Mbappé. The connection between them doesn't flow as desired: they don't fully understand each other, and the impact is evident on the field. Journalist Antón Mena pointed out and confirmed on 'Cadena Ser' what seemed to be an open secret: "the relationship between Vinícius and Mbappé is not as good as it seems."

Tension at Real Madrid

The images seen on the field reinforce this theory. Against Rayo Vallecano, both had clear options to connect that they ignored, opting to solve the plays individually. This lack of association has begun to generate debate in the Madrid environment, which fears that the coexistence of these stars will affect collective performance.

"They want to sell us a brotherhood that doesn't exist. From what I see, that harms Madrid's game. They don't look for each other and don't find each other."

Real Madrid already struggled a lot to take the three points against Rayo Vallecano in the last league match. But what worries the club the most is going through the most decisive moments of the season with this ongoing conflict. Especially knowing that the white club will have a demanding duel against Atlético de Madrid for the Champions League soon.

Neither Feels Comfortable

Vinícius feels that Real Madrid has completely bet on Kylian Mbappé, which has relegated him to a secondary role. In that sense, the Brazilian feels constrained, and his position change to accommodate Mbappé hasn't yielded the desired results. Despite Ancelotti's attempts to adjust the scheme, Vinícius still hasn't found his best version.

Meanwhile, the tactical readjustment has also affected Mbappé. Ancelotti has given him a more attack-focused role, moving him away from his natural habitat on the wing. As a result, his performance hasn't been as expected, criticisms are beginning to grow, and the pressure is at its peak.
